Whether you’re going through a difficult life transition, need to process painful events, need help managing complex emotions, struggling to understand why you’re feeling stuck, or want to strengthen your relationships with your family, friends, or yourself, I am here to collaborate with you to find the best path forward.

I believe in the healing nature of a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we will explore your natural strengths while also deepening your understanding of what causes you pain.

Sessions are typically 45 minutes 1-2x per week. My approach integrates Relational Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and metaphor.
